Privacy Policy

We process your bank statement to generate your report. We never sell your data, never share it with third parties for commercial purposes, and delete your raw transactions after processing.

NestIQ Pro is a product of Quantysys Labs Pvt. Ltd., incorporated in Jharkhand, India (DPIIT registered). We are a personal financial intelligence platform — not a lender, credit bureau, financial advisor or banking institution.

Personal identifiers: Name, email, mobile — for report delivery and verification.

Financial data: Bank statement you upload. Processed and deleted after report generation.

Payment data: Processed by Razorpay. We do not store card numbers or UPI IDs.

Usage data: Standard analytics. No financial data included.

We use your data solely to:

• Generate your Financial Intelligence Report
• Deliver your report to your email
• Provide OTP verification
• Process and confirm your payment
• Respond to support queries you initiate
• Improve platform performance
• Comply with applicable law

We do not use your data for advertising, third-party profiling or any other purpose.

We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

Limited sharing occurs only with:

• Razorpay — payment processing
• Supabase — secure data storage (AWS Mumbai)
• Cloudflare — infrastructure protection
• Legal authorities — only when required by law

Raw bank statement: Deleted immediately after report generation.

Behavioural attributes: Retained in your dashboard until you request deletion.

Personal identifiers: Retained for up to 24 months or until deletion is requested.

Payment records: Retained for 7 years as required by Indian financial regulations.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023:

• Access your personal data we hold
• Correct inaccurate personal data
• Erase your personal data (subject to legal requirements)
• Withdraw consent at any time
• File a grievance with the Data Protection Board of India

We implement TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, strict access controls, Cloudflare DDoS protection, and automatic deletion of raw financial data after processing.
