By accessing or using NestIQ Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using NestIQ Pro, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
2. Description of Services
NestIQ Pro is a financial intelligence platform provided by Quantysys Labs Pvt. Ltd. that analyses bank statements to generate personalised financial behaviour insights. NestIQ Pro does not provide financial, investment or any other form of regulated advice.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Upload only bank statements to which you are entitled
- Use the platform for lawful purposes only
- Not attempt to misuse, hack or reverse-engineer the platform
- Not upload statements on behalf of others without their consent
4. Fees and Payment
The Financial Intelligence Report is available for a one-time fee of ₹499 (inclusive of applicable taxes). Payment is processed securely via Razorpay. Please review our Refund Policy for refund eligibility.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code and technology on NestIQ Pro is the property of Quantysys Labs Pvt. Ltd. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
NestIQ Pro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation or the accuracy of all insights generated.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quantysys Labs Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of NestIQ Pro.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts where Quantysys Labs Pvt. Ltd. has its registered office.
